All drivers must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license. Every driver must sign the rental agreement and liability waiver before pickup. $200 refundable deposit — Zelle, Cash App, or cash, returned the same way after the vehicle comes back in good condition. The $50 hold is non-refundable and goes toward your rental total. All payments are final — no refunds, including for weather or acts of God. Late returns: $25 per hour late charge. Mileage: unlimited miles within the Miami metro area. Vehicles may not be driven south of Homestead or north of West Palm Beach. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as pickup. You're responsible for any new damage — the vehicle is inspected and filmed before every rental. Reschedule free with 24 hours notice; the $50 hold stays non-refundable either way. Additional drivers follow the same 21+, license, and waiver rules. Call or text 30 minutes before arriving.
